We are seeking for an Apparel Senior Merchant to join the Global Football Merchandising

team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with key Global and Geography x-functional partners to drive merchandising excellence and ensure a consumer-first approach

as we develop, create, and execute seasonal and long-term product line plans and

assortments for Global Football Licensed Apparel.

As a Senior Merchant, you will:

  • Influence the end-to-end product offering, via line planning, focusing on Nike’s most innovative and relevant franchises.
  • Manage multi-seasonal product assortments with a deep understanding of the Nike and Global Football Club and Federation assets, consumer, marketplace landscape, and retail environments.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You’ll be working with multiple functions and collaborators to land the CFOP vision by joining

forces on key tasks such as gathering Insights, Hindsighting, Trend analysis, Line Planning,

and creating assortments driving the CFOP strategy.

A typical season will focus on developing assortments that support our Authenticator, Lead,

and Play model to influence future line planning by collaborating with key stakeholders. You

will translate the Geo insights into consumer right Global line plans for each of our Club and

Federation assets taking into account their respective needs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with Global Product Creation, Consumer Planning, Finance, Brand

Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Geography Merchandising and Marketplace Teams to drive

merchandising excellence and ensure a consumer-first approach to the Global Football

Licensed Apparel business.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace or relevant experience.
  • Experience in Global Football footwear, apparel, or equipment merchandising.
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends.
  • Attention to detail, self-directed, independent, and motivated to drive results.
  • Ability to collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to various
  • cross-functional partners.
  • Team first mentality, energy giver.
