These teams lead Nike into the future by delivering integrated sets of choices and actions, informed by insightful, objective answers to the most strategic questions to help Nike serve athletes* with competitive separation and long-term, profitable growth.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.
With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.
As a Strategy Intern, you’ll partner to develop elements of NIKE, Inc.’s global long-term growth strategy. You’ll manage one or more cross-functional projects in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or problems, and to catalyze action against these priorities through long-range business planning and performance management.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Qualifications:
Enrolled in an MBA program or Master’s program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
Background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail or general apparel brands, or related fields
3-5 years work experience strongly preferred
Cover Letter and resume submission (PDF) strongly preferred
Skills:
Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience leading multiple simultaneous projects.
Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to complete quantitative, qualitative and financial model analysis.
