Overview of the Job: The role focuses on building a faster, more efficient team with elevated planning capabilities and evolved ways of working to win on the ground. You will need to connect Planning’s capabilities and other Operations capabilities across functions, to enable our Athlete Promise (Plan x Make x Deliver). And you will play a key role to strengthen Planning community connection to sport, to the consumer and to each other, to ignite our winning culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement future-ready Planning capability frameworks and adaptive ways of working, aligned with global and geo business priorities
  • Build a clear roadmap for key capability development and lead end-to-end implementation, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate clear internal and cross-functional communications to ensure alignment and transparency of Planning initiatives
  • Understand sports and marketplace plans, and market dynamics, to enhance plan quality and responsiveness
  • Organize learning & development sessions, sports and engagement events, major forums (e.g., all-hands meetings, offsites), and newsletter to strengthen Planning community cohesion

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in planning, operations, or project management, preferably in sports retail, consumer goods, or a related industry
  • Proven expertise in strategic problem-solving, with the ability to develop logical frameworks for complex challenges
  • Hands-on PMO experience leading end-to-end implementation of strategic projects or initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills); familiarity with planning-enhancing technologies (e.g., automation algorithms, AI tools) is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
