Job Accountabilities:

The candidate should be extremely well versed in EXCEL or beyond; and has had experience with working on extensive and complex data sets in creating for simplified and effective consolidated report solutions for the team. He or she should also be comfortable with operational daily tasks, but at the same time being open and adaptable to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management
- Assisting on data management and report solutions for business reviews, across multiple seasons and dimensions
- Consolidation of different sources of information, bringing data, pivots into one report
- Strong skillsets and experience in translating raw data into graphical easy-to-read presentations
- Able to have some level of context on business reads, and insights of future plans, providing conclusions and point of views for business leaders to further decision and alignment

Operational Deliverables
- Being able to assist creating efficient processes, consolidating inputs from a team of 30 for operational and ad-hoc deliverables
- Able to assist the team on quick turnarounds on adjustments to demand plans
- Assisting during future buy consolidation and reporting generation

- Assisting in Seasonal Process, understand CP buy plan context and provide inputs for particular gender buy plan

- Lead Data Excellent Projects and support in process / tool evolution

- Lead Order Entry process and support in process / tool evolution

- Assisting in Inventory management process and connect with cross function

- Assisting on Ad-hoc tasks of the team

Job Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Experience with planning software/tools is a must
  • Basic level of understanding of retail math
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
  • Ability to interpret data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
  • Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
