R&Rs:
Monthly Inventory Topline Forecast (30%)
Own the business KPI of inventory turnover and inventory structure of one of the Nike business channels, including wholesales, digital, Nike owned store, Nike Value Store (NVS).
Based on the channel business model, based on sales plan, shipment plan, cancellation and return plan to build the forecast and analyze the results.
Forecast the inventory landing of next 12 month for the assigned Nike business channel.
Foresee the risk and opportunity of inventory structure and velocity for the assigned Nike business channel.
Propose solutions to improve overall Nike inventory health.
Sports/MPU Inventory health pulse deep dive and action tracking (30%)
Deep dive the sports inventory risk and opportunity based on standard global/Geo inventory reports to define inventory action plan.
Own one of the product engine Inventory Health tracking (FTW/APP/EQP) and assist on cross team communications.
Analyze the slow-moving inventory part and drive actions, propose potential actions and drive cross team alignment on potential actions.
Track and take actions on non-Productive Inventory to balance closeout inventory health.
Inventory data foundation/reporting maintenance (40%)
Responsible for inventory data foundation maintenance, construct raw data with aligned template.
Responsible for running routine inventory & other related report, such as generating, data validation, format/template upgrading, etc.
Connect with Data analytics & Insights team when necessary for data related issues.
Requirements
- 3~4 years’ experience in inventory, planning or supply chain-related background.
- Good skill in communication, problem-solving and open-minded with positive learning attitude.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Data warehouse or software program coding experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI / SQL / Python / Snowflake would be a plus.
