- Contribute to L3–L5 process documentation creation, including planning processes, planning-to-execution handoffs, business process maps, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high-quality data across ERP and related systems; resolve exceptions with a risk mitigation focus and follow through to root cause closure.
- Lead testing execution for capability deployments and new business activations; support participating business end-users through the testing process.
- Contribute to training material development and delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the value stream.
- Execute the change toolkit and prepare artifacts to support smooth capability rollouts and hypercare periods.
- Deliver recurring, relevant, and accurate data and insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to your team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, DC Operations, Technology, and external vendors to drive process improvements and resolve issues.
- Identify process inefficiencies and manual work; recommend corrective actions and explore opportunities to streamline through automation or AI tools.
