WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

 

The team lead will be responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of products and services to internal customers. They should have developed specialized skills or be multi-skilled in various work processes and cross-functional activities. Acting as a working team lead, they will perform job duties, coordinate the work of others, ensure training and onboarding requirements are met, and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to support our team in areas of expertise and oversee day-to-day activities under the direction of the Area Manager. The ideal candidate will work autonomously within established procedures and practices, performing, planning, and organizing the team's work based on leadership direction. They will promote a sense of urgency and accountability, ensuring the team is trained in all processes and adheres to safety and quality requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and oversight to the team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.

- Identify and solve moderately complex problems, referencing procedures and gathering necessary information.

- Work cooperatively with other departments to achieve building metrics, focusing on team management and processing goals.

- Coordinate PMV Operators and GLs in processes such as put-aways, re-warehousing, and selection.

- Ensure all team members are trained, engaged, and aligned with North America team objectives.

 

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

- Knowledge or experience in driving PMVs (OP, Reach, Dock Stocker, and Walkie).

- Proven ability to work as part of a team and cross-functionally.

- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
