WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Pricing Analyst II, you will play a key role in shaping pricing decisions and strategies for Nike products across North America. You will sit within the pricing team reporting into North America Merchandising, collaborating closely with North America Merchants, Finance, Planners, Analytics, Business Integration/Operations and Marketplace leaders along with various counterparts in other Geographies and Global functions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst II with strong analytical skills and the ability to partner with and persuade stakeholders across diverse functions and organization levels. The ideal candidate excels at synthesizing data, market insights, and business context into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic decision making. They bring data and insights to life through innovative approaches to reporting and visualization, while also clearly summarizing and communicating key messages. This individual will be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity. They will provide leadership, bring creative ideas, and seek better methods to perform work. Additionally, they will be a great teammate who values accountability, open communication, and building positive relationships across the organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytical or Quantitative Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Pricing, Business Analysis, Market Research, Economics, Strategic Planning, Data Science, or related field
  • Pricing experience preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, SPSS, or Edited is preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will help drive the evolution of pricing at Nike, which will directly contribute to the financial success of Nike. This will include identifying and assessing pricing opportunities and strategies in partnership with Merchandizing, Finance, and other teams to optimize pricing and expand margin and revenue. Our team is fast paced, collaborative, and works cross-functionally, and we pride ourselves on having fun as a team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying pricing and margin improvement opportunities and strategies
  • Analyzing and modeling the financial and marketplace impact of potential pricing actions
  • Assessing prior pricing decisions and developing compelling visualizations and insights
  • Conducting consumer, industry, and competitive research to inform strategic decisions
  • Providing price insights, support, and coaching to cross-functional partners and influencing leaders through data-backed storytelling
  • Building line plan and price architecture views and recommendations
  • Improving processes to enable more proactive price decisions, increase operational efficiency, and sharpen data accuracy
