WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a Principal, Change Management, you'll be part of the CFO Office of Strategy & Enablement, reporting to the Director, Integrated Transformation Management Office. You'll work closely with your Portfolio Management partner, operating as a dynamic two-in-a-box team across all programs within your portfolio. Together, you'll ensure seamless integration of change, program management, and delivery, driving impact across the portfolio.
Additionally, you'll engage with Finance Executive Leadership, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and Nike Business Services. External partners and vendors will also be part of your network as needed.

We're seeking an experienced change management professional with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related business field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 5+ years of experience with change management, process improvement and adoption of new technologies
- Experience with AI and driving use of AI in workplace (Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, develop detailed communication plans and engage stakeholders effectively
- Experience in leading diverse teams, managing stakeholders at all levels, and recruiting and overseeing external consultants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing innovative solutions and implementing learning strategies
- Ability to develop detailed communication plans and materials for specific initiatives to engage stakeholders, drive awareness, adoption and minimize disruption to stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Principal, Change Management, you'll be both a strategist and executor. You'll lead a portfolio of change programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies. You'll deliver hands-on change support, owning and executing change deliverables for select programs within the portfolio.
- Lead a Portfolio of Change Programs: Manage a diverse set of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring change strategies are aligned, integrated, and executed with excellence
- Deliver Hands-On Change Support: Own and execute change deliverables for select programs within the portfolio. You’ll be both strategist and executor.
- Recruit and Manage Consultants: Source, onboard, and oversee external change consultants for approved programs, ensuring alignment with Nike’s values and goals
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across Finance, Transformation, and Change teams, acting as a trusted advisor and change champion
- Develop and Execute Change Strategies: Create and deliver change plans, communications, training, and engagement strategies that drive adoption and sustainment
- Assess and Report Against Cross-Program Impacts: Build and maintain an evergreen matrix of cross-program impacts within your portfolio, inclusive of which stakeholders are impacted and when
- Measure and Report Impact: Define success metrics and track progress to ensure change efforts deliver measurable business outcomes
