WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Partner closely with Regional GM & Leadership Squad to:

  • Drive a diverse and collaborative working culture in the regional leadership squad
  • Drive cross-functional excellence across a variety of functions (Sales, Marketing, Merch, Planning, Supply Chain, and other enabling functions)
  • Deliver efficient business operations and processes that drive the regional business forward.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Operating Model & Ways of Working

  • Designing, owning, and continuously refining the regional operating model, including key meetings, cadence, governance, and dependencies across functions
  • Partnering closely with the Regional GM and leadership team to establish clear ways of working, principles and accountability, evolving these season over season through team sessions and offsites

Seasonal Orchestration & CODE Integration

  • Owning Regional seasonal meetings, milestones, and timelines
  • Driving agendas, sourcing inputs, orchestrating preparation, and tracking actions to ensure strong execution across key CODE moments, gates, and deadlines
  • Ensuring effective integration across Geo and Regional timelines

Business Efficiency & Execution

  • Enabling business efficiency through a repeatable, integrated operations offense, supported by clear tools and processes across CODE, weekly, monthly and seasonal business reviews, and financial calendars
  • Supporting business execution and seasonal readiness by embedding and tracking regional priorities and targets in the seasonal cadence, and delivering key processes and insights that support readiness, launches, and performance

Cross‑Functional & Community Leadership

  • Partnering with the CODE team to drive process clarity, collaboration, and accountability across key CODE moments through a regional-led lens
  • Actively contributing to the GC Business Integration community, sharing best practices, coaching peers, and helping build a strong, connected Business Integration community

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • Professional experience leading transformational programs across multiple functions and/or business units, preferably with consultant experience
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of product/retail value chain from innovation to consumer
  • Strategic communicator driving clarity and alignment
  • Excellent collaborator and ability to influence cross functionally, project management skills leveraging tools to manage process and workflow
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
