WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work within Nike’s Global Audit and Risk Management (GARM) team, partnering closely with senior GARM leaders, Audit & Finance Committee stakeholders, and cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Reporting, Automation, and Business Intelligence (e.g., DEAR, FBI). This role collaborates broadly to deliver scalable analytics solutions while influencing enterprise risk and audit strategy.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a strategic analytics leader with deep expertise in audit, risk management, and data-driven decision-making. This individual brings strong technical acumen paired with business insight, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, thrives in ambiguous environments, and demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.

This leader excels at influencing stakeholders, driving adoption of analytics, and delivering measurable impact through data. They are comfortable working with large, complex datasets, leading cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring talent. A passion for innovation, including AI-assisted solutions, and a commitment to advancing audit and risk practices through analytics are essential.

  • 10+ years of experience in business and data analytics

  • 8+ years of experience delivering data-driven insights and leading analytics initiatives

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex analytics or data projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

  • Experience in audit, risk management, or related assurance functions strongly preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will drive the evolution of analytics across Nike’s Global Audit and Risk Management function, delivering innovative data solutions that enhance audit effectiveness, risk visibility, and operational efficiency. You will lead initiatives that enable continuous assurance, automation, and strategic insights for senior leadership.

  • Partner with GARM leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver data and analytics capabilities aligned to strategic objectives

  • Deploy and evolve the GARM data and analytics strategy, including implementation of AI-assisted solutions

  • Identify and deliver process improvements enabled through data, technology, and automation

  • Build and scale continuous assurance and audit automation capabilities across GARM

  • Collaborate with cross-functional data and technology teams to establish scalable data pipelines, controls, and reporting frameworks

  • Oversee AuditBoard, GARM applications, and analytics roadmap development and execution

  • Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and the Audit & Finance Committee
