WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role partners with Nike Technology leaders, Human Resources teammates, managers, employees, local Talent Acquisition leaders, and Center of Excellence (COE) partners across Compensation, Talent, Organization Effectiveness, People Solutions, and Talent Acquisition. The role helps shape and execute people strategies that enable the India Technology Centre to grow, scale, and perform at its best.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can translate business priorities into actionable people strategies. This individual brings deep Human Resources expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead through complexity with clarity and confidence.
They build trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers, leverage data and employee insights to inform decisions, and develop practical solutions across talent, organization design, rewards, change management, performance, and team effectiveness. They are a coach, connector, and catalyst who can influence across a global matrix while maintaining a strong understanding of local business needs.
They bring resilience, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to help scale the India Technology Centre while strengthening organizational capability, culture, engagement, and performance.
15+ years of relevant Human Resources experience in multicultural, matrixed organizations, including 5+ years as a business partner supporting sizeable businesses and leadership teams.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Deep expertise in at least one to two Human Resources domains, such as Rewards, Human Resources Transformation, Talent, Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, or Operations.
Proven ability to provide Human Resources consulting, facilitation, coaching, and manager capability-building while earning credibility with business leaders.
Strong change, execution, results, and people agility, with the ability to plan, pivot, solve talent challenges, and collaborate across diverse teams.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll partner with Human Resources leadership and Nike Technology teams to scale the India Technology Centre, translate strategy into focused people plans, and help leaders build high-performing teams that deliver results with speed, alignment, and purpose.
Partner with India Technology Centre leaders, including Directors, Senior Directors, and Managers, to align global programs, talent decisions, and business priorities across the organization.
Help leaders navigate complexity across geographies, technology domains, and organizational priorities by addressing local needs and shaping people solutions with measurable business impact.
Lead and support talent practices across selection, development, succession, retention, upskilling, and engagement to build capability for future growth.
Drive organization design, change management, leadership assimilation, and team effectiveness initiatives that enable squads to operate with agility, clarity, and shared accountability.
Use data, market insights, and employee feedback to coach leaders and influence sound decisions across talent, rewards, performance, and organization effectiveness.
Build strong partnerships with Human Resources teammates, People Solutions consultants, COE partners, and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver people initiatives with consistency, scalability, and local relevance.
Shape meaningful employee experiences and support career growth, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives that help teams succeed together.
