WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, or related fields with expertise in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting/forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating integrated financial presentations for executive audiences.
- Exceptional ability to translate data into insights and visual storytelling for senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate across functions.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Lead the end-to-end process for long-range financial planning milestones.
- Partner with senior finance leadership as a trusted thought leader.
- Develop strategic financial goals and deliver high-impact analysis.
- Collaborate across Global Business Planning, Finance Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
- Create executive-level presentations that communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of planning deliverables.
- Manage ad-hoc strategic projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
