The annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,100.00 in our lowest geographic market to $265,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking a Principal, Marketplace Merchandising, who will lead Marketplace merchandising strategy, assortment vision, and marketplace activation across Fashion channel partners. The role is responsible for setting merchandising strategy, bringing end to end product insight with cross-functional partners, as well as product sell-in to retailers.

    You drive the one team philosophy through partnership with cross-functional teams and global merchandising teams. You bring deep merchandising insight, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate consumer, competitive, and retail insights into actionable marketplace strategy.

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
    • 8+ years of experience in progressive merchandising leadership, marketplace strategy, or commercial leadership.
    • Deep merchandising acumen, understanding of marketplace dynamics and partner retail ecosystems.
    • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
    • Experience leading global or multi-region merchandising initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
    • High level of organization, detail orientation, and leadership presence.
    • A passion for product, culture, and the Converse brand.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    • Lead global marketplace merchandising strategies across priority accounts and partners.
    • Drive assortment architecture and segmentation to ensure marketplace-right product distribution.
    • Own seasonal marketplace adoption and influence product creation and planning decisions.
    • Partner with Integrated Marketplace, Planning, and Product teams to align on business needs.
    • Develop marketplace insights, competitive analysis, and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • Lead seasonal readouts and represent Marketplace needs in cross-functional leadership forums.
    • Drive marketplace performance analysis across sell-in, sell-through, and margin metrics.
    • Identify growth opportunities and lead product and distribution strategies to unlock marketplace potential.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure global alignment while supporting regional nuance and opportunities.
