We, the NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) team, formalize and execute Nike`s Direct to Consumer & Partner Management Strategies for our NSP fleet. We lead the NSP Channel, within the Nike Direct organization, collaborating cross functionally to visualize how NSP can deliver the best of Nike to our consumers, now and in the future. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. There is never a dull moment!
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is part of the EMEA NSP Team, part of our Nike Direct organisation. The person will work in close collaboration with our NSP Partners, their GMs, Development, Design & Construction, Marketing and VSM Teams. At Nike, the team work closely with key stakeholders such as Nike Stores LT, BCRD, Legal, Marketing & VMS, NSP Sales & Planning and Finance Teams. Your ability to make the complex simple will be essential to achieving cross functional alignment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and be the Primary Lead of Partner Business in France, ensuring Strategic Alignment and Business Development Plans, and obsessing Fleet Expansion & Performance.
The role requires strong leadership, x-functional team and stakeholders management skills, knowledge of the marketplace and understanding of real estate dynamics, savyness in business and retail KPIs. The ideal candidate has experience in managing Partners, driving fleet development, understanding retail KPIs and driving actions x-functionally to improve productivity and profitability of Partner stores.
The ideal candidate:
- Can showcase a strong background and expertise in working in Partners facing roles
- Has real estate acumen and Extensive local marketplace know-how
- Has worked with Contract Management: negotiations, renewals, adjustments
- Possesses Retail & Operations acumen
- Can demonstrate strong Leadership skills
- Has an ownership mindset
- Is a strong relationship builder: ability to influence internal and external stakeholder
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Possesses business savviness: ability to understand retail KPIs and productivity/profitability results, performance management and ability to identify commercial opportunities to drive sales
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be the main contact both internally and externally for one of our Strategic Partners for France, having total ownership on the fleet development and the store performances.
This includes:
- Direct communication with Partner’ GMs and other strategic roles. Drive Partners’ Strategic and Annual Plans in the territory.
- Create NSP Fleet Marketplace Plans aligned with Nike Strategy, Partners and Nike Stakeholders. Responsible for Unit Check proposed by partners.
- Perform Commercial Feasibility of New Store Openings and/or Store Refits and/or Relocations. Own SAM (Store Approval Meetings) Process For All Doors, Presenting Business Case and Closely Collaborating with X-Functional teams to ensure alignment
- Responsible to Manage and Negotiate Partners Contracts (MSA, TT and SA). Accountable for Trading Terms and Incentive Framework.
- Accountable for Partner’s Fleet’s Retail Performance and KPI’s. Constantly assess the fleet portfolio, identifying opportunities and proposing action plans to Improve profitability and productivity of the CFOPs, for the fleet and the account.
