WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Principal, Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) Operations, Global is part of the centralized Global EBP Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director, Global EBP Operations. This role partners with Geo and Global teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Business Integration and others, to drive planning excellence, operational consistency, and global adoption of EBP.

We seek a strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience in enterprise business planning, process management, and cross-functional facilitation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, demonstrates strong analytical and executive-level communication skills, and is passionate about driving operational excellence and business results.

  • Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon

  • 8+ years’ experience in business/enterprise planning, operations, or related field

  • Proven ability to lead and influence across functions and geographies

  • Experience with forecasting, process improvement, and performance management

  • Executive-level communication skills, with experience engaging VP-level and above

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the activation and enablement of EBP globally, reinforcing standardized processes and driving alignment and ownership toward plan achievement. Your work will focus on building and sustaining the EBP ecosystem and community, facilitating forums and meetings, and ensuring clarity, consistency, and transparency across all communications and deliverables.

  • Reinforce standardized EBP processes through regular forums and meetings that drive alignment and ownership toward plan achievement

  • Activate Global & Geo ‘Rhythm of The Game’ to drive process alignment and connectivity

  • Build and nurture the EBP ecosystem and community to drive adoption and consistency worldwide

  • Facilitate EBP Forum outcomes with clear decisions, actions, and follow-up

  • Partner with Code Team to ensure clarity and distinction across EBP/IBA forums

  • Drive operational excellence through strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and leadership engagement

  • Establish team operating rhythm to drive connectivity and seamless collaboration

  • Drive clear, connected communications to ensure transparency, consistency, and engagement across the team

  • Provide visibility into progress against key workstreams, enabling awareness, accountability, and informed decision-making

  • Establish a recognizable EBP voice across communications and deliverables to ensure insights are shared with clarity, quality, and consistency across the enterprise
