**This posting is recruiting for two open roles on the team

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work within the Materials Supply Chain — Development & Deployment organization, a team that streamlines materials complexity and drives productivity to turn materials strategy into seasonal results. Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor and integrator—partnering across Product Creation, Materials Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning, Technology, Finance, and external suppliers to connect strategy, governance, and execution at scale.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role calls for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and action. They bring deep materials and supply chain expertise, paired with the ability to simplify complexity and drive momentum. Comfortable influencing without authority, they build alignment across a global, matrixed organization—translating data, insights, and athlete* needs into clear priorities and decisions. They balance executive‑level storytelling with hands‑on operational rigor, anticipate barriers to adoption, and act early to unlock value. They lead with curiosity, accountability, and a bias toward action—turning palette strategy into disciplined execution that delivers fewer, better materials at scale.

  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Creation, Program Leadership, or Strategic Deployment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in a global, matrixed organization
  • Footwear, Apparel, or Equipment industry experience preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Sitting at the first mile of product creation, you’ll shape how curated palettes are built, adopted, governed, and measured—connecting teams, data, and decisions so materials choices drive value, resilience, and athlete* impact across Footwear and Apparel & Accessories.

  • Act as the Materials Supply Chain (MatSC) voice on palettes, co‑creating seasonal palette strategy and narrative with Product Creation partners
  • Partner across Materials Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning, Product Integrity, Finance, Technology, and Analytics to align palette choices with cost, quality, sustainability, speed, and resilience
  • Lead cross‑functional governance forums with clear goals, decision rights, operating cadence, and accountability to deliver on seasonal palette roadmaps
  • Diagnose and remove barriers to palette adoption such as quality, consistency, color and cost, enabling new ways of working across product creation, sports and supply chain teams
  • Establish and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks tied to palette spend, adoption, and value realization—translating insights into clear actions and leadership narratives
  • Influence evolution of capability roadmaps across product creation and supply chain tools and analytics to enable palette adoption
  • Inform and influence materials multi-sourcing roadmap in partnership with materials development, buy/sell & allocations team to reduce leadtimes, drive competitive pricing and scale resilience
  • Embed Palette Operations into seasonal Consumer Direct Offense & Defense (CODE) and Enterprise Business Planning rhythms to ensure early integration and disciplined execution
  • Partner on foundational supply chain data and reporting, informing palette creation, retirement, and rationalization while reinforcing “first time right” expectations for teams and suppliers
