WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will become part of the JD Integrated Account Team, and you will be the connector between sales, merchandising, GEL, marketing, operations, finance and the Account buying team – working together to deliver growth, profitability and market share gain.
JD is our biggest account in EMEA, and we thrive within an entrepreneurial, collaborative and innovation driven culture. You will also be one of the key people working closely with the JD Buying Director and the buying team to land the right product for the consumer and drive mutual profitability.
In this role, you will report to the JD Men's & Size? Group Director.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven sales leader with strong analytical skills, deep consumer and product understanding, and the ability to build trusted relationships with key partners. In this role, you’ll commercially lead part of our JD Sports business in Europe—planning the account strategy and driving partner management to deliver growth and profitability.
You Will:
• Lead cross-functional delivery of seasonal plans to maximize sell-in opportunities.
• Land the best assortment for the JD consumer ensuring we hit key retail metrics.
• Drive net revenue and contribution by managing the end-to-end business with excellence.
• Travel to the UK and across Europe to engage with partners, Global teams, explore the marketplace, and stay ahead of trends and consumer needs.
What You Bring:
• High proactivity, strong communication skills, and product passion.
• Retail and business planning expertise with strong partner management.
• Ability to navigate and influence within a matrix organization.
• Strong marketplace, product, consumer and trends knowledge
• Effective communication with the ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiations skills.
For external candidates, former sales experience managing a big retailer in retail/ fashion is a must.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you’ll drive a key part of JD’s business — Men’s Apparel — aligned with Nike strategies to achieve seasonal sales goals. You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver growth and marketplace excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
• Plan JD’s business through accurate forecasts and scenario planning, leveraging category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace insights.
• Men’s Apparel strategy internally with key stakeholders and externally with JD Buying Director.
• Develop seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks, ensuring smooth product flow and optimizing in-season trading and replenishment.
• Work closely with GEL team on JD exclusive product and brand on go to market strategy.
• Lead marketplace execution: deliver best-in-class product and story presentation across digital and physical retail, aligned with One Nike Marketplace strategy.
• Drive net revenue and contribution by managing the end-to-end business with excellence.
• Solve problems proactively and elevate team performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate on sell-in and co-own the end-to-end showroom experience, working closely with office admin and cross-functional partners to create an exceptional partner experience.
• Represent Nike consistently in the marketplace—through retail visits, staff training, and competitor analysis—within T&E budget.
