WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will report to Nike India Technology Center (ITC) Site Leader, working closely with other organizations and programs such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Communications, Government Public Affairs, Strategy, Global Places & Services, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Procurement. In addition, you will partner with leaders at other Distributed Locations and Nike’s Geography Headquarters.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role will lead India Tech Center Site-Level Initiatives for Nike primary responsibilities includes Programs Development, Execution, Stakeholders Management and Communication. Programs will include Work Transitions, New Teams Setup, Skill Development, Innovation, Site-Level Events, External Ecosystem Engagement and driving Tech Centre Growth Strategy.
You will partner and have responsibilities with cross-functional teams to successfully enable the Technology Center. You will lead and facilitate meetings to drive alignment across tech teams to achieve measurable results that further organizational priorities.

Lead and deliver key programs for ITC; creating/leveraging strong stakeholder relationships both across the site and globally.
Key results shall include the ability to deliver business value impact across Nike ITC and Global Technology.
Partner with other teams inside Nike ITC and Global Technology e.g., Tech, Product, Program Management, Business Operations, HR, TA, Finance and Workplace.
Build strong partnership with various leaders in segments, functional groups inside ITC and across Global Technology teams.
Designing play-books and providing guidance on best practices, Ways of Working and high-performance delivery.
Strategic role requires leadership without authority, and expected to lead from the frontline.
Partner with industry networks, promote Nike ITC. Understand industry developments/ trends, macro-economic, and political risks.
Support the yearly planning cycle, from both a business needs and financial planning perspective.
Create/ Report on program status, metrics and communications & manage program, processes and continued process excellence.
Work with leaders in World Headquarters (WHQ). Understand demand for the ITC based work and fulfil staffing and supplier resource needs.
Participate in governance meetings and drive actions on the ground necessary to ensure alignment with ITC guiding principles outlined in the workforce strategy.
Establish relationships with key Service Providers to ensure that the mix between sourced capabilities and ITC work is aligned. Drive SOW’s and contracts for ITC work that needs to leverage external capabilities.
Create and run a set of Program operational rhythms with the right stakeholders in the ITC using a set of key performance indictors (KPI’s) that speak to the health of the ITC.
Conduct Program operational reviews. Communicate status of work streams related to ramp up/running ITC. Manage ITC Program Tracks using project management rigor and regular communications
Participate in employee engagement activities in the ITC to ensure a high degree of employee satisfaction and morale.
Partner with Finance on the operational budget for the India Tech Center. Help create the annual financial forecast /budget and champion the needs of the ITC with WHQ leaders and Finance.

In this role, this leader will navigate ambiguity, connect the dots and think strategically – seeing ahead to possibilities and translating strategy to portfolio execution enabled by effective business operations in a Distributed environment. In addition, we are looking for a leader to drive transparency and ensure priorities and plans are aligned & consistent with the goals of the business and our organization.
Bachelor’s degree in CS / Electronics (or similar) and preferably an MBA from a Top-tier college in Programs / Technology Management / Strategy.
12+ years of experience in building global products in hi-tech areas in key technical and managerial roles, and prior experience of independently leading strategic program management at business unit or organizational level in hi-tech domains.
Excellent verbal and written communications & highly skilled in conflict resolution, collaboration, and decision making
Brings a very strong and hands-on understanding of strategic program management, organizational change management and leading with influence.
Extensive programs management experience in a global, matrixed corporation (R&D, Technology Center or Global Capability Center).
Ability to engage with senior technology and business leaders on strategy as well as driving clarity and closure to high-profile, high-tension situations
Leadership Excellence with regards to team management and organizational evolution, strategic planning, financial planning and budget management, and vendor management
Proven experience with team building skills, with a concentration on employee engagement
Expert influencing skills and ability to gather alignment to organizational strategies
Ability to leverage resources to effectively translate business objectives into strategic business plans
