WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; investment banking experience strongly preferred. (Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 5-7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs)
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills
- Strategic problem-solving ability with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving impact in fast-changing environments
- Highly collaborative and inclusive partner who builds trust and drives results
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complexity
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Partner with Corporate Strategy, Marketplace, and Digital teams to evaluate growth opportunities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis to support strategic decisions
- Build and refine processes for evaluating investments and planning resources
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leaders through clear, compelling presentations
- Assess progress of initiatives and recommend actions to optimize performance
- Identify marketplace risks and opportunities; lead cross-functional efforts to address them
- Drive ad-hoc projects from scoping to execution, ensuring analysis translates into impact
