Principle, Merchandising Jordan Streetwear Footwear- NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Drive integrated, profitable, and relevant product assortments and expressing the vision in the marketplace. Influence the selection and assorting of product collections across categories to drive profitable, premium category assortments as well as premium consumer experiences for retail and wholesale customers. Monitor translation of qualitative & quantitative insights and observations of trends, color, materials, and fashion into compelling product and assortment recommendations to feed into the Gel & Inline planning processes. Direct delivery of key merchandising responsibilities such as plan, adopt, segment, price, flow, and forecast footwear marketing. Drive alignment and collaboration between senior leaders, cross-functional leaders and leaders of different regions in the world to drive the Global Footwear business forward. Drive cross functional project work that positively impact the Global Jordan Footwear business. Define and shape the product offer for the next 1-5 years in collaboration with internal Product and Design partners. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY 

Must have a Master’s degree in Business Economics, Business, Sports Management or Marketing and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related 

occupation.

BAR Footwear Marketplace System report 

Line Plan Architecture & Assortment 

Analyzing footwear marketplace macro data and retail math to build Global product and financial plans
