We, the NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) team, formalize and execute Nike`s Direct to Consumer & Partner Management Strategies for our NSP fleet. We lead the NSP Channel, within the Nike Direct organization, collaborating cross functionally to visualize how NSP can deliver the best of Nike to our consumers, now and in the future. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. There is never a dull moment!
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is part of the EMEA NSP Team, part of our Nike Direct organisation. The person will work in close collaboration with our NSP Partners, their GMs, Development, Design & Construction, Marketing and VM Teams. At Nike, the team work closely with key stakeholders such as Nike Stores LT, BCRD, Legal, Marketing & VMS, NSP Sales & Planning and Finance Teams. Your ability to make the complex simple will be essential to achieving cross functional alignment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Principle, Partner (Franchise) Management Stores EMEA will serve as the strategic lead for Nike’s Partner Store fleet across designated EMEA territories. This role is pivotal in driving fleet expansion, elevating stores performances, and ensuring strategic alignment between Nike and its NSP partners. The Principal will act as a key liaison between Nike and partner organizations, ensuring operational excellence, commercial growth, and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- The ability to simplify complex topics and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- A passion for consumer experience and brand storytelling
- Proven experience in Retail, Retail Operations, and Fleet Development
- Deep knowledge and demonstrated successful track record in influencing retail KPIs and store operations
- Expert-level understanding of marketplace trends and real estate dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ownership mindset with a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Fluent in English
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Fleet Performance & Expansion
- Monitor and master retail KPIs to improve productivity and profitability
- Drive actions like SIW to improve stores performances, coordinating the Territories PMs work with the Nike EHQ x-functional Teams
- Collaborate with Design & Construction, Marketing, and VM teams to ensure brand consistency and consumer experience
- Support fleet development strategies including new store openings, remodels, and closures
Business & Marketplace Acumen
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Master retail KPIs and store operations to improve productivity and profitability
- Identify commercial opportunities and develop business cases to support store performances improvement, and drive growth
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships to influence and align on strategic priorities, both with the Strategic Partners and Nike x-functional Team
- Partner with NSP LT, NSP PMs, Sales & Planning, Marketing, BCRD, and other internal teams to align on business goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to support NSP stores performances, and operational excellence
Program & Project Management
- Consolidate business insights and lead transformation initiatives like SIW across the NSP fleet
- Ensure timely execution of strategic programs and reporting to senior stakeholders
