North America Business Integration is a cross-functional team dedicated to Inspiring Athletes* through the Power of Product. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Process Excellence Coordinator is responsible for supporting sample logistics from seasonal delivery through end-of-life liquidation enabling North America seasonal work. The role crafts, manages, and implements sample related processes across the Geo to enable efficient use of this critical tool.
Key accountabilities for the ideal candidate:
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
- Acts as an asset for Geo on sample related questions
- Provides solutions to problems through observing current precedents or procedures
- Prioritizes, organizes and makes decisions related to own work
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Customer service oriented
- Passion for product
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Specific responsibilities include:
- Seasonal sample sorting and sample rotation
- Assist broader team with sample logistics for seasonal photo shoot and other seasonal meetings
- Manage and organize 5 seasons of product in a high density storage area
- Respond to sample requests for current and past season product
- Set-up meetings for seasonal activities and ensure room readiness
- Be the expert with Merch Lab fixtures, tech, access list, and supply needs
- End of life sample liquidation
- Document all processes created
- Proven Microsoft Word and Excel skills
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will report to NA Business Integration Code, yet you will work very closely with NA Sport, Direct and Partner Merchants & Brand Partners. In your role, you will serve as a key resource for all sample needs across the geography.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- One of the following alternatives may be accepted: Bachelors degree + 1 yr or Associates degree + 2 years
