WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Product Line Manager II to join our Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs & Federations) team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a proven track record of excellence and exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly are essential. A passion for serving our consumers and understanding their needs is a must.

We are looking for someone who partners effectively with diverse teams, brings a solutions-oriented mindset, and supports the team in driving continuous improvement. This role will contribute to product processes and strategic initiatives dedicated to top Clubs, Federations, and Athletes worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs & Federations) team across all stages of the product creation process. Working closely with Product Management, Merchandising, Design, and Technical Design, you will support the journey from initial brief through to final product approval.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the team meets all Game Plan Dates and driving readiness for key meetings (sample preparation, document setup, pre-reads, meeting recaps, etc.)
  • Maintaining clear, accurate communication with triad partners and key stakeholders
  • Managing and tracking product samples
  • Supporting the product creation workflow through strong data management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensuring data accuracy across essential documents and tools (Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Miro Boards, Change Logs)
  • Developing foundational analytical skills to help plan and manage the line
  • Partnering with the category information analyst to ensure data accuracy in MMX (FOB, landed costs, wholesale pricing targets, forecasted units)

A typical week involves maintaining system accuracy, managing sample flow, participating in and organizing meetings, and providing clear communication to guide cross-functional teams through checkpoints.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will collaborate daily with Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Sports Marketing teams to manage and support the full product creation cycle. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and a team-first mindset across global and regional partners.

  • Experience in a product-related role
  • Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines simultaneously
  • Passion for or strong interest in Football
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to gather and interpret hyper-local consumer insights
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset
  • Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to drive consensus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including presenting to cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Miro, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and Excel
