WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We’re looking for a Product Line Manager II (PLM II) to join our Global Jordan Kids and Core Footwear teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating the future of the Jordan brand—someone who is product-obsessed and deeply connected to street culture and fashion.

You will work closely with Jordan Kids, Core, Women’s Footwear and Men’s Footwear Product Line Managers, along with cross-functional partners including Design, Development, and Merchandising throughout the product creation process from brief to box. You will be part of a fast-moving, highly collaborative team, contributing to team operations and ensuring teammates have what they need to deliver compelling product with speed and precision. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Kids Product Management.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous work. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to accuracy. This role is split approximately 75/25 between Jordan Kids and Core.

You have experience in product creation, a strong drive to serve consumers, an understanding of the marketplace, and a pulse on trends.

Your background in product creation makes you proactive and solution-oriented, with a growth mindset—always looking for ways to evolve tools, processes, and ways of working. You are also a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively across functions while remaining grounded in hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate has a passion for serving our kids consumer, with an understanding of how their needs evolve across age, stage, and activity. You bring curiosity and a strong point of view on youth culture, trends, and the marketplace.

You have a deep love for footwear and fashion, with a strong perspective on style, storytelling, and cultural relevance. You actively observe trends, retail, and consumer behaviour, translating insights into product opportunities that feel fresh, relevant, and right for the Jordan brand.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

  • A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience

  • Passion for footwear and fashion, a strong point of view on style, trends, and cultural relevance

  • Understanding of the retail landscape and marketplace dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into product direction

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with pride in delivering high-quality, reliable work

  • Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines in a high-volume, complex business

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complexity across styles, sizes, and timelines

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint, Miro, etc.)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will play a critical role in supporting the Footwear PLM team by managing the foundational work that enables product creation excellence.

The Jordan Kids Footwear Product Creation Team manages a dynamic portfolio spanning both create and expression in addition to alignment to the Adult business. In this role, you will support and drive key product creation workstreams across the Kids and Core Footwear businesses, navigating the unique complexity of both.

Key responsibilities include managing the line in systems, updating the VLP, tracking samples, building product decks and sell-in presentations, preparing for and following up on meetings, supporting product wall set-up, managing tools and systems (e.g., MMX, VLP, 3-Year Line Plan, Miro), and clearly communicating updates and changes to cross-functional partners.

You will help the team meet all CODE milestones through strong preparation, organization, and follow-through. You will maintain a high standard of accuracy across product data, tools, and deliverables, recognizing the downstream impact on product quality and execution. You will also identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and ways of working to drive greater clarity, efficiency, and impact.

You will take on increased responsibility by owning a defined product segment within the Kids Footwear portfolio—briefing products, gathering and sharing consumer and marketplace insights, managing product details and timelines, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver against seasonal priorities and consumer needs.

A typical week includes managing product details and systems, coordinating samples, contributing to meetings, solving cross-team problems, and guiding partners through key checkpoints. This role is critical in helping the team move quickly while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, quality, and consumer relevance.
