WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will support the product creation process through key interaction with Product Management, Design, Materials, Tech Design, Merchandising, Sourcing/Costing, Demand Planning, and Operations. You will maintain and foster key relationships between Global Apparel, Geo, and X-Category Product Management teams at the appropriate level to ensure alignment and integration for key dates.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be responsible for supporting the holistic Men’s Streetwear Apparel team by:
- Obsessing over the consumer’s culture of influence and creating insights to fuel product lines + opportunities.
- Creating Jordan Apparel for the global marketplace
- Analyzing streetwear & sport trends in global markets and helping translate those insights into authentic Jordan Brand opportunities.
- You’ll apply professional understanding of product creation, delivery, and pricing need of consumers, key markets and thoughtful decision making.
- You will help craft and communicate a vision for Product across the Jordan Apparel Offense, driven through end-in-mind storytelling, and consumer-right product strategies.
- You’ll serve as the primary systems expert in partnership with your key cross functional teammates. Systems integrity and daily maintenance is highly important.
- You will be responsible for managing and regularly updating our collection visual line plans (VLPs) and other tools.
- You’ll manage the holistic team’s samples through strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Product Merchandising, Product Marketing, Retail Merchandising or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 2-4 years’ experience in apparel or footwear product creation role and deep understanding of the product creation process
- Demonstrate excellent and creative consumer, streetwear, and marketplace understanding
- Experience, knowledge and passion for men’s streetwear and the culture of sport
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, lead, negotiate and impact the triad
- Excellent business management experience, analytical proficiency and understanding of retail math
- Experience with Excel/Keynote/Miro/MMX
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
