WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will support the product creation process through close partnership with Product Management, Design, Materials, Tech Design, Merchandising, Sourcing/Costing, Demand Planning, and Operations. You will maintain and foster strong relationships between Global Apparel, Geo, and X-Category Product Management teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and integration for key milestones.

This person brings strong organizational skills, a passion for building best‑in‑class product, and the ability to learn, adapt, and lead quickly. A dedication to serving the consumer is essential as the team builds the future of Streetwear apparel. This role requires a high capacity for workload management and resourcefulness—no two days are ever the same.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Product Merchandising, Product Marketing, Retail Merchandising or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

• 2‑4 years’ experience in an apparel or footwear product creation role with a deep understanding of the product creation process

• Demonstrated excellent and creative consumer, streetwear, and marketplace understanding

• Experience, knowledge, and passion for men’s streetwear and the culture of sport

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, lead, negotiate, and influence cross‑functional partners

• Strong business management experience, analytical proficiency, and understanding of retail math

• Proficiency with Excel, Keynote, Miro, and MMX

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for supporting the holistic Men’s Streetwear Apparel team by:

• Obsessing over the consumer’s culture of influence and creating insights that fuel product lines and new opportunities.

• Creating Jordan Apparel for the global marketplace.

• Analyzing streetwear and sport trends across global markets and translating those insights into authentic Jordan Brand opportunities.

• Applying a strong understanding of product creation, delivery, and pricing needs of consumers and key markets to make informed, thoughtful decisions.

• Helping craft and communicate a cohesive product vision through end‑in‑mind storytelling and consumer‑right product strategies.

• Serving as the primary systems expert in partnership with key cross‑functional teammates, ensuring systems integrity and daily accuracy.

• Managing and regularly updating collection visual line plans (VLPs) and other tools that support product creation.

• Managing team samples through strong organization and clear communication.
