As the Product Management Intern, you will work with Product Management teams across Nike, in one of the following teams: Geographies and Marketplace Experience (GaME), Enterprise Architecture and Developer Platforms (EADP), and Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT). 

  • Geographies and Marketplace Experience (GaME) focuses on creating seamless, innovative shopping experiences for athletes and consumers through digital and physical channels. It drives growth by connecting people to Nike’s products and services. Products are sold through two main channels: Direct to Consumer (Nike’s own stores and platforms) and Wholesale (third-party retailers). 

  • Enterprise Architecture and Developer Platforms (EADP) team enables every team at Nike with the technology they need to succeed. In order to deliver the performance of Nike’s business demands in the most efficient way, we focus on standardization, automation, self-service, security and compliance.   

  • Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT) ensures the right product reaches the right place at the right time. Partnering with Nike Digital and Marketplace teams, SCPT delivers impactful solutions for both consumers and the business, supporting Nike’s strategic edge in the Sport Marketplace.

As Product Managers at Nike, we are customer and sport obsessed. We use data-driven insights, user-centric design, and technology to champion Nike’s customer experience evolution.  

Team placement is based on business need so interest in multiple teams is preferred. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE: 

 

As an intern, you will get hands-on experience finding the intersection of consumer needs, technical feasibility, business goals, and helping a cross-functional team define the best product opportunity against our top critical initiatives. The Product Management Intern will partner with collaborators to define business and product objectives through product vision, strategy, and desired outcomes. You will seek insights, gather product definition, ensure alignment, and define the strategic opportunities. The successful candidate will work with a cross functional team that could comprise of Product Marketing, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Program Management, and business partner to ultimately define, build, and deliver the best products for our Business and Consumers.  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Participate in the development of product vision, strategy and concepts for key products and services, against a specific market/business segment.  

  • Develop business cases by assessing the available insights and data to produce expected outcome models. Use this analysis to inform and recommend priorities.  

  • Communicate and align on product strategy, definition, and value to inform priorities with our key internal and external stakeholders.  

  • Work closely with cross functional teams from engineering, design, Analytics, program management and multiple business functions.  

  • Collaborate in the full range of product lifecycle management, from enhancements to new development.

WHAT YOU BRING: 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in an MBA program or Master’s program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 

  • 3+ years’ experience in product management, strategy or engineering field (Web and Mobile software development highly preferred).  

  • Cover letter and resume submission required (PDF versions strongly preferred)  

 

Skills: 

  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our consumer, our business, and the competitive landscape.  

  • Team-orientated  

  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills  

  • High attention to detail including the ability to analyze data, produce product strategy, and expected outcome models. Document requirements, and partner effectively with multiple collaborators.  

  • Ability to implement methodically while also thinking strategically.  

  • Superior verbal and written communications skills.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning innovation is core to our identity.  

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help your team win.  

  • Proactive, solutions-orientation with a passion for solving unique, sophisticated problems that have a broad, inter-connected impact to the business and the consumer.
