WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be responsible for working closely with Engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., other Product Managers, Business leads, Domain leads, HR/Finance), and facilitating decision-making across priorities with Portfolio Management.  You will work with our business product management teams within Supply Chain Teams to understand the needs and aspirations of both our Nike consumers and Nike planners.

We seek a visionary Product Manager with a passion for serving the consumers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross functional teams. You should be driven by data and insights, with a focus on delivering an ultimate consumer experience. Strong leadership, communication, are essential, with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple partners to execute on a common mission.

We're looking for someone with 2-4 years of Product Management experience in the e-commerce domain with experience in Supply chain and planning and clearly demonstrates these skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or combination of relevant education / experience

  • Prior experience owning experiences and platforms implemented on AWS Cloud, microservices architecture, domain event architecture is preferred

  • Ability to work on multiple streams of work in parallel, proactively identify risks and dependencies and constantly keep stakeholders updated on progress

  • Crisp communication skills and ability to tailor communication based on the technical and functional prowess of the audience

  • Ability to break down and simplify complex processes and concepts and sketch them out and articulate them with ease

  • Experience with Agile tools, JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, figma/lucid chart, SQL is a plus

  • Experience in Supply chain and processes is a plus

  • Great business acumen and communication skills

  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Validated ability to adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity

  • Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or B2C eCommerce environments.

  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As Product Manager within the Supply Chain & Planning Technology organization—focused on Customer Order Management and Fulfillment, specifically in the Order Operations subdomain—you will..

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the product.

  • Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends.
     

2. Customer & Market Research

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior data.

  • Benchmark against competitors and industry standards.
     

 3. Requirements & Prioritization

  • Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact and feasibility.

  • Maintain and groom the product backlog.
     

 4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, support teams and QA

  • Help Resolve conflicts and make trade-off decisions.
     

5. Product Development & Delivery

  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality.

  • Support releases and coordinate go-to-market activities.
     

6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Use analytics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Iterate on the product based on data and feedback.
     

7. Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the product from ideation to sunset.

  • Plan for scalability, maintenance, and end-of-life transitions
