The annual base salary for this position ranges from $69,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $138,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike ICON Studios is looking for a Production Coordinator. This is a full time in studio role located near Culver City, CA. This is the perfect job for a forward-thinking person looking to join a fast-paced creative photo studio.

This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment — sleeves rolled up, detail-oriented, and driven by the craft of content creation. You’re a natural executor who can balance logistics, coordination, and creative partnership. You bring a strong grasp of photo and video production fundamentals, vendor management, casting coordination, and digital asset workflows. You know how to keep things moving — maintaining urgency, accuracy, and clarity across multiple concurrent productions.

You’ll work side-by-side with production managers, producers, and creative partners to ensure projects are organized, on time, and on budget. You’re fluent in Airtable, comfortable managing production trackers, calendars, and shoot documents, and you bring energy and accountability to every phase of the production process.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Understanding of studio production, stills and motion content creation, and freelance talent management.

  • Daily in studio support to Producers and active photoshoots/projects.

  • Validate, process, and track weekly payroll and agency invoices for high volume studio. Ensuring on time and accurate payment to both talent and vendors – partnering with payroll partner and/or finance teams to troubleshoot.

  • Work closely with the production and styling teams to build out upcoming production shoot templates in scheduling system.

  • Work diligently with Producer on all incoming special projects and unique inline requests, attending kick off calls and being responsible for recap notes and documentation.

  • Open fiscal year + special project production and agency POs - communicate with finance when projects are wrapped and POs should be closed.

  • Manage end to end onboarding process for new crew members across a multitude of roles - create and maintain all crew creative portfolios and role/rate assignment documentation.

  • Execute new vendor set up and all contracts needed for partnership with NIKE. (MSA, NDA, etc)

  • Assist in crew resourcing decisions for upcoming productions and manage all confirmations emails and scheduling system updates.

  • Be able to provide updates on priorities, schedule status, and crew confirmations of all shoots at any given moment.

  • Understand all on set roles within a crew, their function, and a high level of all workflows - ability to learn basic commands required to assist

  • Anticipate and communicate reoccurring issues to Producer/Sr Manager to reach solutions in a timely manner.

  • Schedule and provide proxy status to Producer in meetings and email.

  • Build strong relationships with freelance talent and agencies.

  • Identify gaps in current processes and initiate process change after reviewing with Producer and Senior Manager.

  • Create, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • This role reports into the Senior Manager, Creative Production.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years work experience in production.

  • Ability to Prioritize - consistently, accurately and timely

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals and meet strict and/or competing deadlines.

  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and work with diverse personalities.

  • Continually use great communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Consistently reflect a professional demeanor with creative team and production crews.

  • Attention to detail and problem solver with good time management skills. 

  • Self starter and proactive.

  • Navigates complexities within a corporate setting.

  • Ability to work on a computer/keyboard for long periods of time.

  • Flexible; team player with a good positive attitude.

  • Technical ability and knowledge required to run Mac-based programs.

  • Proficiency in Airtable, Coupa, and Box a plus.

  • Proficiency Microsoft Office. 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of CA labor laws and creative industry pay standards a plus.
