Key Accountabilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, shipment volume, On-Time rate, and inventory levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop, automate, and distribute standardized and ad-hoc performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
Project Management
- Serve as the product owner for key reporting tools and data products, defining the product vision and roadmap.
- Gather business requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Lead project management for data tool development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and can meet business objectives.
New capability build up
- Engage in cross functional projects for new capability, taking ownership of project assignments and drive to successful completion.
- Work as centralized excellence team to build up new capability following with company strategy.
- Proactively research and evaluate new data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies with industry best practice and trends (e.g: AI in supply chain, advanced analytics)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years on supply chain management or related.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel and other advanced tools. SQL is a big plus.
- Smart and fast learner, good communication capability and strong team player. Be willing to challenge him/herself.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
