Overview of the Job:
You will be responsible for optimizing E2E responsive daily operations within C4C initiative, encompassing sourcing, manufacturing, and material management. The role focuses on reducing lead times of footwear to unlock business growth opportunities and maintain optimal inventory health, ensuring agility and efficiency in the supply chain.
Job Responsibility:
• Lead Time Reduction: Collaborate closely with Tier 1 factories, PMO, DCM and material teams to support the identification and implementation of initiatives that reduce E2E lead time of footwear products.
• Scenario Consolidation & Analysis: Partner with factory stakeholders, PMO, DCM and material teams to consolidate short lead time scenarios. Conduct data analysis and track action status to standardize and scale successful scenarios.
• System Implementation & Business Enablement: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the 2X system. Closely work with Tech team and capability leader to ensuring system scalability and alignment with operational needs.
• Daily Operational Support: Undertake responsive daily operations including accurate data consolidation, timely seasonal submission processes, and KPI tracking. Prepare data for monthly/quarterly report to highlight operational metrics, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate good communication skills to liaise with internal (NIKE) stakeholders and external partners (factories) to achieve operational goals.
• English Proficiency: Advanced command of written and verbal English, with experience drafting documents, presenting to global teams, and communicating with international partners.
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills to collect and analyze data.
• Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with data development tools such as POWER BI (for dashboard development), MY SQL (for database querying and management), and SAP system is a plus.
• Tech Team Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams to elicit requirements, define solutions, and deliver features is a plus.
