Job Accountabilities:

1. Regular Operation

  • Lead as key contract window from logistics operations team to support cross function related initiatives (including but not limited portfolio management, KPI management, E2E process optimization and other ad-hoc supports)
  • Lead key logistic strategy projects (including but not limited to multi-node network、transportation、CLC smart campus and logistics WMS related initiatives) from project ideation to implementation phase with E2E cycle

2. Project Management

  • Initiate new projects: drive and align project feasibility; design and define timeline and budget plan with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with cross functional teams on solution design and implementation.
  • Control and monitor target achievement and spending status
  • Set up regular project status update and review cadence with key stakeholders.
  • Execute projects till transition and complete project transition with operational teams
     

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or above
  • Minimum 5 years working experience (Retail industry, supply chain or marketplace operation related experience plus)
  • Strong communication skill with strong ability to work across multiple functions and drive alignment
  • Quick learner with logic thinking & innovative mindset to drive new changes in daily work
  • Proficient project management knowledge and experience is plus
