Overview of the Job:
This Role will work with X-function team to understand the customer needs, play as a key window to connect with internal X functions to fulfill customer's needs and maximize revenue. Co-ordinate the efforts to Business result delivery; Response and fulfill customer needs timely to support business achievement and elevate customer service level.
Key Partnership:
This role need collaborate with x-functional team across sales, IFP & SR team, DSM, finance and supply chain.
Job Responsibility:
Drive/take ownership to optimize report & analysis tools to detect, call out and mitigate risk in order to drive shipment rate and contribute to marketplace revenue.
Track the progress and the quality of order book and proactively address issues through problem solving, collaboration and escalation.
Take the ownership of return/claim orders and drive process improvement to well support customers' requirements.
Partner closely with x-functional partners to pro-actively manage risks, opportunities, and issues in reaching business targets.
Lead/Support manager to contribute to key Supply Chain projects.
Be the first point of escalation for MCS Specialists for issue resolution.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
Knowledge in marketplace supply chain, logistics, wholesale partner, order fulfillment, Excel skill. The more the better.
Strong learning capabilities, be able to process mass info and knowledge in limited time and produce outputs.
Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate. Ability to drive clarity to audiences unfamiliar with the subject matter.
Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently both independently and in team environments.
