Job Responsibility:
- Monitor daily order & delivery status, facilitate to support urgent cases when any capacity constraint or requests raised from ND stores
- Responsible for the periodic review of CSC operation performance & stores athletes’ satisfaction and follow through any operational challenges
- Collaborate with cross functional team to implement the consumer moments / events / campaign from pre-game kick off till post analysis.
- Continuously support PM to drive innovative supply chain capabilities that will enable team to serve multiple concept stores with differentiated supply chain services.
Job Qualification:
- Above 5 years’ supply chain/retail operations or other retail related work experience
- Meticulous and detail oriented, have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action and alignment with internal & external teams.
- Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources;
- Familiar with Microsoft office tools, strong analytical skill is a plus;
- Fluent English is a must for the role, both written and spoken.
