Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for hands‑on VM execution in stores, ensuring seasonal direction, product stories, and brand standards are delivered accurately and consistently. You will work closely with Senior Visual Merchandising Professional and commercial teams to support launches, refreshes, and daily VM maintenance, contributing to a strong and authentic Converse consumer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

Execute seasonal VM guidelines accurately in assigned stores.

Support store setup for seasonal launches, campaigns, and special projects.

Ensure windows, mannequins, fixtures, and product presentation meet brand standards.

Work closely with commercial teams to maintain VM quality throughout the season.

Support pilot VM initiatives and provide execution feedback.

Identify execution issues at store level and escalate with clear observations.

Assist with basic VM training and knowledge sharing with store teams when needed.

 

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in retail VM or store visual execution.

Strong hands‑on execution capability and attention to detail.

Willingness to work extensively in stores and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.

Basic communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Passion for retail, creativity, and Converse brand culture.
