WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Analyst will join the Sports Marketing Product Operations & Planning team, a highly collaborative function within Sports Marketing Operations known for delivering operational excellence and elevating product services across EMEA. The role reports to the Product Operations & Planning Manager and works closely with Sports Marketing Operations in EHQ, territory teams across EMEA, ELC partners, carrier teams, and Global Sports Marketing Analytics.

This person brings strong problem-solving skills, a deep curiosity to understand complex data, and the ability to transform insights into scalable reporting solutions. They are reliable, self‑driven, and experienced in supply chain or operational contexts, ideally with exposure to Nike’s ecosystem. The candidate excels at building relationships, integrating multiple data sources, generating meaningful reporting, and proactively improving processes to support product operations across the EMEA Sports Marketing portfolio.

You should have:
  • Experience in supply chain, operations, allocation, planning, or analytics (retail/logistics preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics or a related field
  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Strong digital literacy (MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP, Tableau, Databricks
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, perform statistical analysis, identify key insights, and propose solution options
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will support the execution of the Sports Marketing operational plan across EMEA, ensuring efficient product planning, compliance, and inventory performance tied to global KPIs. You will develop analytics products, reporting tools, and operational processes that enable teams to make informed business decisions and deliver high‑quality service to Nike’s partners.

In this role you will:
  • Ensure Nike meets all product‑related obligations with Sports Marketing partners across key dimensions
  • Support product compliance and optimize return on investment for Nike and external partners
  • Represent Sports Marketing within Nike’s internal product organization, partnering on inventory management, delivery orchestration, financial frameworks, and global inventory KPIs
  • Develop and execute reporting, dashboards, and analytics products that reveal insights and drive annual business performance
  • Build and maintain tools, recurring datasets, and ad hoc analyses that provide trends, metrics, and actionable insights
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Sports Marketing Operations tools and processes, addressing business inquiries and delivering training
  • Coordinate ELC‑related issues and develop solutions that prioritize promotional product where possible
  • Partner with product teams, act as key contact with Laakdal, and participate in seasonal product and ELC review meetings to ensure alignment with Sports Marketing priorities
  • Maintain theLocker and other digital systems, ensuring accuracy, continuity, and alignment with global KPIs
