Overview of the Job:

This role serves as a critical backbone of the my team, providing strong operational and strategic support to ensure efficient execution and decision-making.

The incumbent will play a central role in coordinating cross-functional inputs, managing inventory visibility, and consolidating key business information to support planning and execution. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to connect multiple stakeholders across functions.

In addition, the role will support team leader in developing high-quality presentations and business materials, helping translate complex information into clear, structured insights for internal alignment and decision-making.

Overall, this position is essential in driving team effectiveness, improving communication flow, and enabling the team to operate with greater clarity, speed, and impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day to day product servicing of assets. Includes ordering product, in bound delivery, system call offs, releasing of aged product in timely manner.
  • Focus efforts to serve and manage portfolio of individual/team/federation endorsements with a focused scope to seek and sign.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Assisting on the management for athlete squad/team daily operation when it is required

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • Strong Passion about running/ T&F, preferably has been invoved in both road and trail running .
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and always take initiative.
  • Proficient in keynote, Excel and Word, excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven communication and Ability to manage change, eager to learn.

Experience Required (Soft skills):

  • Solid sports industry knowledge, preferable rich understanding of innovations about sports gear.
  • Deep understanding on professional outdoor sports and well-maintained relationship channels
  • Client service oriented or sports agent related working area career background preferred.
  • Passion with running and outdoor activities, craving about the industry knowledges related endurance sports  eg, sports science and nuritions
