The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $135,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director supporting the Innovation, Product, Merchandising, Operations & Growth Initiatives business functions. You’ll maximize partnerships with Nike Recruiting COE teammates across university relations, diversity sourcing, candidate coordination and recruiting services to help optimize efficiency and facilitate the full recruiting lifecycle.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our IPMO team. We're seeking a talent consultant with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates across several grade levels, one who acts and is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of creative passive sourcing strategies to identify and hire top talent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills and can influence at all levels
- Experience in the facilitation of behavioural-based interview training.
- Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proven ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to discover, organize and present relevant market data to plan sourcing strategies and influence key decisions.
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- In-house corporate recruiting experience
- Experience using an applicant tracking system is required; experience with Workday ATS and Avature CRM.
- Previous product (apparel or footwear), merchandising, operations or innovation industry recruiting experience preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As our Recruiter, you'll develop and build impactful relationships with Nike's business leaders by performing best in class search and recruitment engagements. Our recruiting team regularly collaborates across the enabling functions, and each team member proactively weighs in on critical initiatives that will have a profound impact on the company.
You’ll own full-cycle search engagements in key areas within our global innovation, footwear/apparel product, merchandising, operations or growth initiatives organizations. You’ll develop and execute groundbreaking recruitment strategies that ensure a diverse talent pool and deliver consistently positive and outstanding candidate experiences throughout the full cycle recruiting process. You'll also serve as a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, keeping them abreast of industry trends with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire.
Additionally, you'll provide subject matter expertise on Nike’s recruitment processes and champion changes in process or philosophy! You'll utilize talent market insights and data to inventively engage, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities.
Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Nike’s most important asset - its people!
