  • Bachelor/Masters Degree student or equivalent. A background in Fashion Management, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Ethnography, Business Intelligence or other related fields is a plus. 

  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously. 

  • A team player, ability to take ownership, curious to learn new things and challenge the status quo. 

  • Support the Jordan team in developing a sharp, localized understanding of the societal and cultural forces that influence the Gen Z consumer. 

  • Ability to translate quantitative data and analytics into culturally resonant strategies, uncovering meaning, implications, and actionable insights that drive brand relevance and impact. 

  • You are deeply plugged into contemporary culture and subcultures—from fashion and sport to niche movements influencing youth and streetwear. 

  • You will bring a culturally nuanced lens to insights, connecting the dots between consumer behavior, cultural shifts, and brand strategy. 

  • You are curious about what drives people and passionate about uncovering the behaviors, emotions, and motivations behind what they do and love. 

  • You are comfortable engaging with consumers through field research across diverse retail spaces and urban cultural hubs 

  • You have a passion for the Jordan Brand and a bold connection to youth culture—where sport, music, fashion, and identity unite communities and empower self-expression. 

 

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST 

 

  • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution) 

  • Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st, 2026 

  • Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL)  

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality. 

  • You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands. 

 

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE 

  • Curated intern program designed to develop your business acumen, build your network and grow yourself. 

  • Exposure to senior leadership, educational workshops and networking events. 

  • Social & sporting events with an intern cohort of approximately 50 students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. 

  • Fantastic campus with state-of-the-art sport & gym facilities, group classes & team events. 

  • Hybrid working 3/2 Onsite/Offsite.
