Retail Marketing – Senior Professional, Retail Brand
Location: Nike Oxford Circus, London
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the Senior Professional, Retail Brand Marketing, you will be a key member of the Nike Oxford Circus store leadership team, with a dotted line into the UK & Ireland Retail Marketing function. You will be responsible for bringing Nike’s Consumer Fields of Play to life in our most pinnacle store, with a strong focus on Football and Sportswear, through physical storytelling, consumer experiences, and localized brand activations.
You will drive the execution of Nike’s Concept Map by delivering compelling, on-the-ground expressions of global and geo campaigns, deeply connected to youth, sport, and culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with creative flair, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering unforgettable consumer experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute seasonal and seasonless Retail Brand moments in Nike Oxford Circus, ensuring campaigns are localized and impactful.
• Collaborate with UK & Ireland Retail Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Styling, and EMEA Retail Marketing to deliver world-class in-store experiences.
• Lead the briefing, management, installation, and maintenance of seasonal product storytelling, ensuring high standards of execution and content capture.
• Partner with external agencies to conceptualize and deliver pinnacle expressions of Nike innovation and storytelling.
• Provide consumer insights and feedback to fuel global strategies and elevate local relevance.
• Leverage physical and digital marketing tools to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support store design and project management teams on large-scale initiatives including sporting moments, refits, and fixture updates.
• Stay close to the consumer by spending time in-store and in the marketplace, observing behavior and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will work fluidly across the Nike Oxford Circus Leadership Team and in strong partnership with the UK & Ireland Retail Marketing team to bring your vision to life for our consumers in the city. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with EMEA Retail Brand team, EMEA Brand Creative Retail Design & agency partners to stay abreast of latest strategies and help share best practices.
You will report directly to the Senior Head Coach, Nike Oxford Circus with support from Manager, Retail Marketing, Retail Brand London UK & Ireland.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on physical retail marketing.
• Deep understanding of the UK & Ireland consumer landscape, especially London, with insights into Gen Z, youth culture, and sport.
• Proven experience in agency management, including creative development and cost control.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to craft consumer journeys that drive conversion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging.
• Knowledge of the creative process, from ideation to execution; Adobe Suite experience is a plus.
• Agile and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with the sporting goods retail landscape, including competitors and multi-brand environments.
