We are seeking a North America (NA) Store Operations Process Optimization Specialist to
enhance our store workload management, store tests, and support our Workload &
Communications team. This role will involve developing tools, systems, and processes to
streamline project management within the NA Store Operations team. The ideal candidate will
become proficient in Back-of-House (BOH), Front-of-House (FOH), Technology, and Online-to-
Offline (O2O) operations to drive project success in the NA geography (geo).
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a NA Store Operations Process Optimization Specialist, you will:
• Review, assess, and carry out requests aligned with Store Operations priorities
• Aid in delivering tasks to our stores, ensuring adherence to established processes
• Elevate the store experience through process optimization
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously within the Workload Management &
Communications Team

WHAT YOU BRING
- A passion for Athlete*, Sport, and Culture
- Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable
- combination of education, experience, and training
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with dedication to foster cross-functional teamwork and an open, positive, and collaborative environment
- Retail experience is preferred, but not required
- A passion for operations and an understanding of program interdependencies
- A positive mindset with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality
- Outstanding written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira, and Confluence
- Laser-sharp focus to work quickly and efficiently under tight time frames
- Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
