WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and be a self-starter with strong communication skills. You are solutions oriented with an eye on getting results. You will engage with all members of the NA PGTM Meeting & Events team as well as the North America Sales organization. In this role, you will learn all aspects of meetings and events.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training

  • A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a vital member of the NA PGTM Meetings & Events team, success will come through being a passionate learner and proactive doer. You will collaborate closely with Event Managers. You will assist the team to deliver “Best in Class” events through various responsibilities including the look and feel of presentations in meetings. To do so, you will be tasked with the following:

  • Collaborate closely with Meeting & Events Leads to deliver events through various responsibilities including the look and feel of presentations in meetings.

  • Provide onsite support during NA Marketplace Meetings & Events in various roles as needed.

  • Manage event vendors.

  • Foster key relationships with cross functional partners and teammates.

  • Assist in planning meetings and event spaces. This includes room layouts and fixtures, audiovisual and tech specifics, and sample logistics.

  • Manage competing priorities with grace.

  • Budget management.
