WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role works closely with the territory sales team, merchandising, operations, and marketing to elevate Nike’s presence across Germany. Based in Mainhausen, you’ll partner with account directors, leads and sales representatives across key accounts helping to execute our sports offense.
You’ll collaborate daily with cross-functional teammates and strategic partners to drive growth, align EMEA strategies to local marketplace needs, and bring premium consumer experiences to life.

As an intern, you’ll take on real projects that shape the future of our sports business. We’re looking for self-starters with strong people skills, an interest in sport, and the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Our internships give you the space to grow, learn fast, and speak up. Over the 6 months, you’ll work closely with a mentor and gain exposure to inspiring learning moments, from interactive sessions with our leaders to hands-on development.
Key requirements:
Bachelor/master’s degree student or equivalent. A background in Sports Management, Business, Economics or other related fields is a plus.
Fluency in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
A team player, ability to take ownership, curious to proactively learn new things and challenge the status quo.
A strong commercial mindset, with an ability to understand business drivers, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue-generating strategies.
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, paired with an interest in data analytics, AI solutions and/or Power BI.
A passion for the NIKE, Inc. brand and an active interest in sports, performance and the culture around it.
A strong interest in Nike products and innovation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll support the full seasonal sales process, helping bring Nike’s Spring and Summer collections to market.
You will:
Analyze previous season data to guide assortment choices
Support the preparation of assortments across footwear, apparel & accessories.
Present selected product stories to various accounts.
Manage samples and curate the showroom for key sales moments.
Support the day-to-day sales team activities across a range of accounts
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
Be enrolled in university or be in between your bachelors and masters studies.
Be available for a 6-month full-time internship starting September 1st, 2026
Be able to work in a hybrid model: minimum 3 days in the office at our Nike Germany office in Mainhausen and the option to work up to 2 days from home.
Ability to relocate to Mainhausen/Frankfurt in Germany for the full duration of the internship and hold EU/EEA citizenship or have the required visa/permit to be able to legally work as an intern.
