WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role works closely with the territory sales team, merchandising, operations, and marketing to elevate Nike’s presence across key Italian & Greek accounts. Sitting in Milan, you’ll partner with account directors, leads and sales representatives across key accounts helping to execute our sports offense.
You’ll collaborate daily with cross-functional teammates and strategic partners to drive growth, align EMEA strategies to local marketplace needs, and bring premium consumer experiences to life.

Competency in the MS Office suite with strong Excel & PowerPoint/Keynote skills.
Fluency in Italian and English; a driving license is preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll support the team in executing Nike’s selling strategy across key Italian & Greek accounts.
Support daily operational activities including follow-up on customer queries, delivery times and replenishments.
Create and deliver compelling seasonal sales presentations, building PowerPoint/Keynote decks that elevate sell‑in stories and support campaign execution
Help activate key account moments across categories including lifestyle, football, basketball and running
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive sell-in success and optimize performance with key accounts.
Support with allocation planning, marketing activation, account distinction and elevation.
Translate EMEA priorities into locally relevant assortments, styles, and focus areas
Analyze POS and account performance data to support sales team goals.
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
You are currently pursuing a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Be available for a 6‑month full‑time internship (with a possibility to extend to 12 months) and able to work on-site at our Milan office at least 3 days per week.
