WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

 

We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join our team for a 12-month (6+6) internship at Nike Barcelona headquarters.  Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills (fluent in Spanish and English), shows a willingness to learn and thrives in a fast-paced, challenge-rich environment. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who drive innovation to win as a team. 

  

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Spain & Portugal Marketplace Partners Lifestyle Intern 

  

Nike Sales teams are the front line for getting these products into the customer’s hands. Through sustained relationships with wholesale partners around the world, Nike Sales delivers defining products, experiences, and brand stories. 

  

You will be part of a dynamic team where you play an important role in the relationship and the management of our partners. You will support the strategic vision of the one of the greatest companies in the world and strengthen the relation between Nike and its partners. You will support the team in building partnerships with teammates in Marketing, Buying and Planning to give our partner the best experience ever. 

  

DEPENDING ON THE POSITION YOU ARE LINKED TO, THE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE 

  • Support Account teams with Consumer Code implementation (seasonal planning) 

  • Support Account teams with Product Activations and Launches. 

  • Support Account Teams with expansion and purpose strategies. 

  • Together with the Partner Director or Partner Senior Executive co-lead any Retail and/or Digital account projects (Sport Offense, Consumer Experience Elevation, Sustainability…). 

  • Tracking initiatives/campaigns from a sales and/or social media engagement perspective. 

  • Build competitive analysis reports by Sport.  

  

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • Graduate within Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, E-Commerce, Digital Business, or other related fields   

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Catalan a plus) 

  • Strong research, technical and analytical skills, and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs  

  • Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail 

  • Strong project management skills and ability to bridge between business and technology 

  • Proactive, energetic attitude with a passion for e-commerce, retail, sport, fashion 

  • Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications and understanding of their business models 

  • Eagerness to be an active part of the team, ability to take ownership and curious to learn new things  

  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently  

  • A global mindset and ideally a passion for sport 

  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SAP knowledge is a plus. 

  

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST 

  • Fulfill the requirements to be hired thru a Practice Contract (“Contrato para la obtención de la práctica professional”), mainly consisting on possessing of a university degree or professional master's degree obtained within the past three years, or within five years in case of disability. For candidates who completed their studies abroad, such calculation will be made from the date of recognition or homologation of the degree in Spain. 

  • Be available for a 12-month full-time internship starting on September 1st, 2026.
