Bachelor/master’s degree student or equivalent. A background in Business Administration, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, Sports Management, or other related fields is a plus.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Proactive, energetic attitude with passion for e-commerce, retail, sport, fashion.
Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications.
A team player, ability to take ownership, curious to learn new things and challenge the status quo.
Demonstrates a strong commercial mindset, with an ability to understand business drivers, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue-generating strategies.
A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports, fitness, or movement—whether through participating, watching, or simply staying active.
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution).
Be available for a 6-month full-time internship starting February 1st, 2026
Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL)
You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality.
You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.
Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
We have multiple sales roles available supporting different accounts and sports.
You will become an integral part of one of Nike’s account teams, helping to drive growth.
Previous Sales Interns have:
Developed Partner Transformation Strategies with Key Accounts
Provided Pricing and Discounting Insights
Built business strategies for Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers
Helped identify opportunities to drive incremental sales with key accounts.
Developed and delivered customer presentations
Attended Partner Summits and in-person customer meetings.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Curated intern program designed to develop your business acumen, build your network and grow yourself.
Exposure to senior leadership, educational workshops and networking events.
Social & sporting events with an intern cohort of approximately 50 students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Fantastic campus with state-of-the-art sport & gym facilities, group classes & team events.
Hybrid working 3/2 Onsite/Offsite.
