POSITION LOCATION
This position is based at our Converse Worldwide Headquarters offices in the Boston, MA area. It will have a “4/1 hybrid” schedule, which is Mondays-Thursdays in the office and Fridays optional at home.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This is an opportunity to work with the Converse Global Partner (GP) team across 40+ countries (in Latin America, Central + Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia), with a focus on coordinating key aspects of our GP Commercial agenda.
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing seasonal data, processes and systems that drive our 4-season go-to-market process and commercial operations for Energy. The role will manage the setup and maintain all energy master distribution lists, allocations, partners communications and hind-sighting of the Converse Energy Business. Finally, the position will manage the commercial dimensions of key Converse programs, of which drive business growth across our marketplace.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the GP Commercial Team and will collaborate / partner with functional experts on the Merchandising, Planning & Analytics, Finance and/or Retail teams with a goal of driving improvements and elevating key dimensions of our Commercial processes for the Energy Business. In addition, you will support our Licensed and Distributor Partners in executing key commercial programs to unlock growth opportunities and drive the overall success of our business.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Strong organizational, communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience and interest in business operations, including data management and analysis
- International experience (e.g., international studies, study abroad, etc.) and/or strong interest in global business is a plus
- Interest in consumer products, especially footwear and apparel + an openness to learn Commercial operations – while managing against 4-season offense
- Preferred knowledge or strong interest in managing seasonal products and execution across channels/markets/distribution
- Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time internationally, as needed
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage commercial communication for energy programs on a seasonal basis, along with monthly buy communications, allocations and hind-sighting
- Support planning, content development and execution of our Seasonal Integration Meetings
- Cross-functional collaboration and partnering with GP team + GP Licensed & Distributor Partners, with a focus on helping the team improve operational effectiveness and capacity utilization
- Coordinate and track GP Partner participation in short-lead-time and Incubate / high-energy product programs
- Monitor Partner compliance / support of key programs and seasonal stories via the existing GP scorecards / dashboards, identify opportunities to improve compliance, processes or approach to elevate consumer experience across markets
