WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role drives partner plans with key accounts including Overkill, BSTN, Asphaltgold, 43einhalb, and AFEW. The position collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams on seasonal business planning, sell-through, and financial objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of the consumer base. The role reports directly to the NBHD and RUNWAY Manager for AGS.

  • Professional experience in Account Management, Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, Merchandising, or Finance.
  • Demonstrated interest in the sneaker, streetwear, and fashion industry, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams, drive business development initiatives, and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Full professional fluency in German is required, alongside strong English communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will own growth and manage the end-to-end business for assigned strategic accounts. You will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where you combine commercial insight with sneaker culture to deliver marketplace impact.

  • Account Strategy & Growth: Drive net revenue growth and profitability by leading the end-to-end commercial strategy for designated accounts.
  • Seasonal Assortments: Develop and optimize seasonal product assortments using merchandising frameworks, ensuring effective product flow and replenishment.
  • Business Forecasting: Plan account performance through accurate forecasting and category scenario planning, informed by consumer, brand, and marketplace insights.
  • Partnership & CFOP Goals: Manage partnerships independently, solving complex business challenges to support CFOP goals and overall team performance.
  • Showroom & Sell-In Experience: Co-own the end-to-end showroom experience during sell-in, working closely with Office Admin, Experience Lead, and cross-functional partners.
  • Market Presence & Training: Maintain strong brand representation through market visits, competitor insights, and retail staff training.
  • Relationship Building: Build and sustain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, delivering consistent and high-quality partner service.
