WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be part of the North America Regional sales team reporting to the Sr. Manager of Nike.net Digital Sales .  You will work with a cross functional team including marketplace supply chain, planning, sales operations and sport sales partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a digital first sales rep to position Nike as the leading brand within their assigned accounts by driving profitable and sustainable growth and market share. You will accomplish this by aligning with Nike’s Win Now strategy across North America.  In this role, you will manage a designated account base by developing seasonal product assortments, meeting sales targets and leveraging the Nike.net platform to support these customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • At least 2 years of experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning or sales business analysis.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Must have a self-starter approach and be able to work independently and autonomously
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity and possess a creative problem-solving mentality
  • Ability to navigate cross functional environment, be deadline drive and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Retail acumen:  Understanding of retail math, gross margin
  • Located at PHK campus in Beaverton, OR
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Digital First sales rep, you will sell to and manage digital first accounts via Net utilizing email, zoom and telephone communication.  Each season, you will communicate the seasonal strategy and sport stories including product and color flow and allocations. You will boost sell in and sell through metrics by developing and executing directed seasonal assortments. Seasonally, you’ll analyse account results delivering business summaries that highlight results, opportunities and challenges by sport and account to support future growth.  In-season, you’ll optimize the business by delivering excellent customer service including driving at once sales opportunities, tracking orders and managing account communications and collaborating on financial strategies.

  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and improve account profitability.
  • Learn and manage internal consumer code and go=to-market (GTM) processes.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new digital tools.
  • Actively participate in GTM, team and account meetings.
  • Understanding of the sport marketplace, customers and retail trends.
